Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • Orders placed fewer than 7 days before the event are immediately non-refundable upon booking.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event will receive a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee. Cancellations made 15–29 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund, and those made 7–14 days prior receive a 25% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • If you prefer, we can issue a full credit toward a future booking within 12 months of the original event date. Custom/specialty items and subcontracted services (e.g., linens, portable toilets, custom décor) are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling: One complimentary date change is allowed if requested at least 7 days before your scheduled event. Additional date changes may incur a fee.

  • Weather Clause: For rentals that are weather-dependent (e.g., tents, inflatables, outdoor equipment), customers may request a one-time reschedule or full credit due to extreme weather (heavy rain, high winds, storms). Requests must be made no later than 24 hours prior to delivery. Refunds are not issued due to weather-related cancellations; however, credits are valid for 12 months.
