Pickup Guidelines

Please follow these guidelines when collecting your rental items:

  • Arrive at your scheduled pickup time to ensure our staff are available to assist you.
  • For larger rental items, bring a vehicle that is appropriately sized for safe transportation.
  • We recommend bringing straps, moving blankets, or tie-downs to secure your rental items during transport.
  • If heavy lifting is required, please bring an additional person to assist.
  • Inspect all rental items before leaving our location. Any concerns should be reported immediately.
  • Once rental items leave our premises, the customer assumes full responsibility for transportation and handling.
  • For prepaid orders, rental items may be placed outside for convenient self-pickup without requiring staff assistance.

Return Guidelines

  • Return all rental items on the agreed date and within the scheduled return time.
  • Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges.
  • Items may be returned to the same designated pickup location.
  • If you would like to return the items directly to a staff member, please call us when you arrive.

Severe Weather Procedures

Customer safety and the protection of our rental equipment are our top priorities.

During Pickup

If severe weather conditions such as heavy rain or snow prevent us from safely leaving rental items outside:

  • Please contact us at least one hour before your scheduled pickup time to confirm your arrival.
  • A team member will personally hand over your rental items upon arrival.

During Returns

If you are returning rental items during severe weather:

  • Please call us before leaving your location.
  • We will coordinate your return to ensure a staff member is available to receive the equipment safely.

Delivery Information

If you've selected our delivery service, please note the following:

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary by approximately ยฑ1 hour due to traffic, weather, or scheduling.
  • Rental items will be delivered to the main entrance of the delivery address.
  • All rental items must be available for collection from the same location at the end of the rental period.
  • Our delivery team is not responsible for transporting rental items beyond the main entrance.
  • Setup, placement, relocation, and teardown services are not included unless arranged separately.

Important Rental Policies

To help ensure a successful rental experience, please keep the following in mind:

Payment

  • Full payment must be received before rental items are released.
  • If paying at pickup, please bring the exact cash amount or complete payment through an approved electronic payment method before collecting your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers are responsible for rental items from the time they are collected or delivered until they are returned.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Lost or missing items
  • Damaged equipment
  • Excessively dirty items requiring additional cleaning or repairs

Rescheduling

Need to change your rental date?

Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.
